Solid Engineering LLC (CR No. 1139743), P.O. Box 668, PC 322, Falaj Al Qabail, Sohar, Sultanate of Oman ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, how it is used and stored, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect through this website

• Request Manpower Quotation form: company name, contact person, email, phone, industry, manpower category, positions / trades, number of workers, skill level, project / site location, required start date, mobilization timeline, contract duration, working days, shift pattern and hours, required certifications / site access documents, support services needed and any additional notes.
• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message.
• Careers application form: full name, nationality, position applied for, years of experience, current location, phone, email (optional), your CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX) and any cover note.
• Technical data: the IP address from which a form is submitted (stored with the submission to prevent spam and abuse), and the cookies described in section 6.

Please do not send passport copies, ID documents or other sensitive documents through the website. We will ask for these separately, only if they are genuinely needed for a specific deployment.

2. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare manpower proposals and quotations.
• To assess job applications for current and future opportunities with our clients.
• To send you a confirmation of your submission with its reference number.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.
• To meet employment, documentation and other legal requirements in the Sultanate of Oman.

3. Where your data is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in our Odoo business system (operated by us and hosted by our software provider) and are accessible only to authorised staff who handle sales enquiries or recruitment. A copy of each submission is e-mailed to our internal sales or HR mailbox. If we use Odoo CRM or Recruitment, the same details are also recorded there.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Candidate details may be shared with a prospective client only for a specific deployment and only as far as necessary. Our IT and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

5. Third-party services used by this website

• Google Fonts (typefaces) and Google Maps (map on the Contact page) – your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
• Image delivery network – some photographs are loaded from an external image service (Unsplash), which receives your IP address.
• WhatsApp – the "WhatsApp Us" buttons open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: a session cookie (security and sign-in), a language cookie, and a visitor cookie used by the website platform. If website analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

7. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, and applications for as long as needed to consider you for suitable roles. Data is reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).

8. Your rights

In line with applicable Omani law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to the processing of a job application. Contact us at sales@solidengineeringllc.com or on +968 2696 8789.
