You share trades, headcount, site, start date and working pattern; we confirm scope and rates.
Screening
We source candidates and check experience, trade skills and documents, with trade tests where required.
Client Approval
You review CVs and test results and approve the selected workforce.
Documentation
Employment documentation, work permits and medical fitness, as required for deployment in Oman.
Mobilization
Where included in the agreed scope, we coordinate worker travel, accommodation, transportation and required PPE before deployment.
Induction
Applicable company and client site HSE induction before deployment, as required by the project.
Deployment
The workforce reports to site under supervision, with attendance tracked from day one.
